Refund and Exchange Policy

At Emraan Rajput, we strive to make every shopping experience seamless and memorable. Each outfit is carefully crafted and quality checked before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. However, a conditional exchange may be considered if the product received has a genuine defect in quality or workmanship.

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 6–12 hours of receiving the order.
  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.
  • Exchange will only be processed for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
  • Shipping and courier charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

Any claim made after 12 hours of delivery will not qualify for exchange.

Once your request is submitted, our Quality Assurance team will review the matter and advise a suitable resolution.

Exchange Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The product has been damaged after delivery
  • The item has been altered
  • The outfit has been worn or used

Please note:

  • Exchanges will not be offered for size issues or slight color variations.
  • We maintain a strict no refund policy.
