Exchange Policy

We operate a strict exchange-only policy. We do not offer refunds, cash refunds, store credits, or order cancellations after dispatch.

An exchange may only be considered if the product received has a genuine manufacturing defect or quality/workmanship issue.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The issue must be reported to us within 12 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.

  • The original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be retained where applicable.

  • Clear photographs or videos showing the claimed defect may be required for our Quality Assurance team to assess the issue.

  • Exchange approval is subject to inspection and verification by our team.

  • An approved exchange will be made for the same product and the same size, subject to availability.

  • All shipping and courier charges related to an exchange will be borne by the customer, unless the issue is determined to be due to an error on our part.

Any exchange request submitted after 12 hours from delivery will not be eligible for consideration.

Exchange Process

If you believe that your order has a genuine manufacturing or workmanship defect, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting photographs or videos.

Our Quality Assurance team will review the request and determine whether the item qualifies for an exchange.

If the exchange is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the product and processing the replacement.

An exchange will only be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected, where applicable.

Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted For:

Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • The product has been worn or used

  • The product has been washed or cleaned

  • The product has been altered, tailored, repaired, or modified

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Damage caused by improper handling, washing, ironing, storage, or use

  • Stains, makeup, perfume, body odor, or other marks

  • Minor or expected variations in color, texture, pattern, or appearance

  • Slight color differences caused by lighting, photography, or individual screen settings

  • Requests submitted after the 12-hour reporting period

  • Products returned without prior approval from our team

Size-Related Exchanges

Please carefully review the size information provided on the product page before placing your order.

We do not offer exchanges due to incorrect size selection by the customer.

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size before completing their purchase.

Color Variations

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions, photography, and individual device or screen settings.

Minor color variations do not qualify as a defect and are therefore not eligible for exchange.

No Refund Policy

Emraan Rajput does not offer refunds.

All purchases are subject to our exchange-only policy described above. We do not provide cash refunds, payment reversals, store credits, or refunds for products that do not qualify for an approved exchange.

If an eligible product is approved for exchange, the replacement will be provided in accordance with this policy and subject to product availability.
