Shipping Policy

To confirm an order, full payment is required in advance. Orders may be placed on hold or cancelled if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

• Shipping and courier charges apply to all orders and are not included in the outfit price unless otherwise stated.

• Orders are generally dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

• Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received, it cannot be cancelled.

• All advance payments are strictly non-refundable.

• Emraan Rajput facilitates delivery through third-party courier services and is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information to ensure successful delivery.
